Simple Sentence


Simple sentence is a sentence structure that contain one independent clause and no dependent clause, also called an independent clause contain a subject and a verb.
Example :
1. Some students like to study in the morning.
2. Doni and Fani play football every afternoon. (compoun subject)
3. Alicia goes to the library and studies in the classroom. (compound predicate)
4. Maria and Shinta arrived at the bus station before noon and left on the bus before I arrived. (compound subject & compound predicate)
